Registration Checklist:

All forms listed below can be found on the Forms Dashboard of your CampInTouch Account.

MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL WAITLIST STUDENTS:

  1. Fill out the Waitlist Questionnaire.

ELEMENTARY CAMP & ELEMENTARY WORKSHOPS:

  1. Register, beginning January 1, 2017. $50 non-refundable deposit required.
  2. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017.

MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP & HIGH SCHOOL CAMP:

    1. Register, beginning January 1, 2017. $75 non-refundable deposit required.
    2. Complete your Health History Form by February 1, 2017. ***Please note that if your Health History Form is not completed by the due date you will forfeit your class placement priority.***
    3. Complete your Class Preference Form (available on our website January 25) by February 1, 2017. The class catalog, schedule and preference form for middle school and high school camp will be available on January 25. Parents will receive an email when the class preference form has been posted on our website. Students will have until February 1 to pick their class preferences and submit their form. Students are placed in classes in the order that they register for camp. Photography and ceramics classes are an exception and are assigned by a random lottery for any student who registers on January 1, and then until space is full based on the regular class priority system. Please note that priority is not based on the date that the student submits their class preferences. We encourage students to take their time looking over the class schedule, reading class descriptions and to pick out 5 different preferences per class period. Final class schedules will be sent out to students on March 1, 2017.
    4. Complete a Teacher’s Recommendation by May 1, 2017. All students (including returning students) are required to have a recommendation from a teacher familiar with his/her artistic work. The recommendation is an online form. To have the teacher complete the recommendation, send the teacher an email and copy and paste the link for the form, listed below.     5. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017.
    6. Complete your travel form by June 1, 2017. Please see the Travel Page of our website for information on flight discount codes. (Travel form only required for Dorm Students)

  • Middle and High School Students can begin practicing for music auditions. Audition music can be found on our website here: Middle School Music Audition, High School Music Audition (Please note: High School music auditions are based on the Alaska All-State Audition requirements and may require materials not provided on the website.)

MUSICAL THEATER CAMP:

  1. Register, beginning January 1, 2017. $75 non-refundable deposit required.
  2. Complete your Health History Form, and Musical Theater Supplementary Questions by March 1, 2017. Roles will be assigned by the end of the first day of camp. Auditions submitted after March 1 will not be eligible for lead roles.
  3. Complete the audition for casting and track placement by March 1, 2017.
  4. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017.
  5. Complete your travel form by May 1, 2017.

Optional:

SUMMER DANCE INTENSIVE: 

  1. Register, beginning January 1, 2017. $75 non-refundable deposit required.
  2. Complete your Summer Dance Intensive Supplementary Questions by February 1, 2017.
  3. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017
  4. Complete your travel form by May 1, 2017.

SITKA JAZZ WORKSHOP:

  1. Register, beginning January 1, 2017. $75 non-refundable deposit required.
  2. Complete your Supplementary Workshop Questions by May 1, 2017.
  3. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017.
  4. Complete your travel form by May 1, 2017.

ADULT CLASSES:

  1. Register and pay tuition balance

SITKA ARTS AND SCIENCE FESTIVAL:

  1. Register, beginning February 1, 2017. $75 non-refundable deposit required.
  2. Pay your tuition balance by May 1, 2017.
  3.  Complete your travel form by June 1, 2017.
